Examination:
3-item Mini-Social Phobia Inventory (Mini-SPIN) score 6 or more?
Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS)?
Management:
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) (based on the Clark and Wells model or the Heimberg mode, 14 sessions of 90 min over about 4/12)
Group CBT
CBT-based supported self-help
Pharmacological intervention (eg escitalopram or sertraline)
