Management:

(Note: If known or suspected COVID-19 and if on long term corticosteroids some patients may be at risk of adrenal crisis)

If on prednisolone 5-15 mg for ≥ 4 weeks: 10 mg every 12 hours

If on prednisolone > 15 mg: split dose, but take it split into two equal doses of at least 10 mg every 12 hours

Continue hydroxychloroquine and sulphasalazine

Temporarily stop all other disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDS), including Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors and biological therapies and restart as advised by rheumatology department
